Master Starling has being teaching Martial Arts for over 40 years. Member of US Martial Arts Hall of Fame. We specialize in Self Defense based on reality, Martial Taekwondo, Hoshinsull-Survival Combat (Tactical self Defense), Krav Maga, Karate, Police Tactical defense.

Adult Classes
We teach real Martial Arts Taekwondo and Self Defense (Hoshinsull), not a game, not a sport. We train an art of survive developed for combat. The techniques were made to eliminate our opponents in a simple , effective and direct response to an attack. With our classes you will stay fit with a healthy mind.
SELF DEFENSE (HOSHINSULL-SURVIVAL COMBAT)
If you are serious about safety and survival and would like to learn actual Self Defense, come and try one of our free self defense classes or Taekwondo. We guarantee you will learn to defend yourself.

Martial Taekwondo and self defense is an invaluable learning tool for every young person looking for an active martial arts that will support confidence, conflict resolution skills, individuality, mental focus, perseverance, self respect and control while being active and having fun in a supportive environment.
